HOW IT ALL STARTS
Using the desired template, each required piece of tissue or leather is cut using a stylus or scalpel. It is the process that transforms the raw material into pieces that will compose the leather, to follow the structure and specifications of each article. The manual cutting is a type of cut where the ability and skills of our operator is vital to achieve quality.
SHAPE THE MOLD
The process consists in wrapping the mould with a crepe tape, or any other material, and after the design of the model is done, the tape is removed from the shape. The moulds are essential for all the other stages that follow in the production process.
SHAPPING
A fluent seam is one of the most important abilities in the process of shoe manufacturing. This is a meticulous process that will be reflected in the final product, so that the footwear has the desired appearance.
TABULATED SHOES
In this process stage we tabulate footwear in order for the measure of the inner sole to be defined and to distinguish the size of each pair of shoes.
